Now you know the boring facts about me it’s time to let you know the more interesting part of who I am. Described briefly I’m an energetic girl who is very curious about the world. That’s why science is one of my biggest interests. I think it’s a fantastic journey to learn about how the world is built up and why nature is as it is. The field of biology field especially has my interest – from the cell level to interactions in great ecological systems. How the human body works is incredible and I can’t wait to learn more about it when I come back from Australia and start my medicine course. The title of doctor will give me the great opportunity to do research and explore more about biological mechanisms as well as allowing me to help patients have a better life.
Apart from my passion for science I’m interested in history (the Greeks and Romans were pretty cool and had plenty of brilliant brains going around), architecture, philosophy, different cultures and religions, being out in nature, running and social life with friends and my lovely family (the last part is a bit difficult at the moment since they are about 15,000 km away). And yes, I have time just to enjoy life, relax and take things as they come.
The story about how I got the fantastic opportunity to travel to Australia to work for Novozymes can be read on my blog in the first post: “How it all started”. I hope you will enjoy my blog and please feel free to post comments.
